Our breakfasts are inspired by the authenticity of the farmers of old. All produce is homemade and freshly picked that day. In the old stables, now a very original and welcoming dining room, freshly picked baskets of fruit and homemade jams are served. You will find tea, all types of milk, and freshly squeezed citrus fruit juice. Sweet and savoury produce is available, with dried fig flan and cinnamon citrus fruit ‘carpaccio’ (thinly sliced), as well as cheese, dairy products and the finest cold cut meats. In the past, the farm labourers working in the fields would have breakfast at nine o’clock in the morning and this was their most important meal of the day. We today still respect this custom at the Masseria.
