Food and Love are deeply connected. Our kitchen is in love with the fruits of the Mother Earth. We are an organic farmhouse which produces fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and wine. Every day we choose to put on the table dishes that tell the story of a precious and wonderful seasonality. The light, flavors and colors of Puglia delight our guests with dedication and passion. Tradition is respected and reinterpreted with a touch of contemporaneity. We complete our offer constantly researching into the best Apulian producers of meat, dairy products and fish, producers which follow our own philosophy of respect for the world that hosts us.
