Masseria Montenapoleone’s organic cuisine serves produce straight from the fields, and is not to be missed! The produce is used to create original dishes preserving the authentic flavours, combining them with the wonderful DOC and IGT local wines. Fruit, vegetables, pulses, almonds, figs and other produce cultivated here are served extremely fresh – our ingredients vary according to the seasons. You may also like to participate during one of our fun dinners we arrange for all our guests, or learn a little more about the local culture by participating in a local cuisine course.
