Masseria Montenapoleone’s organic cuisine serves produce straight from the fields, and is not to be missed! The produce is used to create original dishes preserving the authentic flavours, combining them with the wonderful DOC and IGT local wines. Fruit, vegetables, pulses, almonds, figs and other produce cultivated here are served extremely fresh – our ingredients vary according to the seasons.
